As a Davey Water Products Authorized Service Center we offer Factory Authorized Repair Services on Davey Water Products.  All work is done at our Placerville, CA facility and instructions for how to obtain repair service are listed below. We also offer factory replacement parts for most popular Davey Water Products imported into the U.S.

Davey Product Repair Service

Factory authorized service for the following Davey Products:

  • Dynaflo Series booster pumps

  • HS Series booster pumps

  • BF Series booster pumps

  • BT Series booster pumps

  • Firefighter™ 93 Series fire pumps

  • Firefighter™ 5 Series fire pumps

Davey BF/BT Series
Pump Advance Replacement (PAR) Program

The simplest way to obtain an immediate replacement of your Davey BF or BT Series pump:

  1. CLICK HERE to download and print the PAR Form (Requires Adobe Acrobat).

  2. Fax or Email the completed PAR Form to us.

  3. We ship you a replacement pump, usually the next business day.

  4. When you receive the replacement pump, you ship your old pump back to us.

Note: You pump will be replaced with a factory refurbished pump of the same model. See PAR Form for complete details of PAR deposit requirements and warranty.

Mail-In Warranty Repair Service

To obtain warranty repair service during your Davey Water Products Limited Warranty:

  1. Confirm that your Davey product is in the list of products we service (see above).

  2. CLICK HERE to download and print our Repair Request Form.

  3. Carefully package the pump and ship it (postage prepaid and insured) to our address on the top of the form.  Make sure to include a copy of the Repair Request Form and your sales receipt showing date of purchase.

  4. Upon receipt and confirmation the pump is in warranty, we will inspect the pump, make any necessary repairs and ship the pump back to you at no charge.

  5. Note: If after our initial inspection the repairs are deemed non-warranty a $50 inspection fee will apply and you will be contacted with an estimate before we proceed with any additional service.

Mail-In Out-Of-Warranty Service

To obtain repair service after the warranty has expired:

  1. Confirm that your Davey product is in the list of products we service (see above).

  2. CLICK HERE to download and print our Repair Request Form.

  3. Carefully package the pump and ship it (postage prepaid and insured) to our address on the top of the form.  Make sure to complete the Credit Card Authorization on the back of the form.

  4. Upon receipt a $50 inspection fee will be charged to your Credit Card.

  5. We will inspect the pump to determine what repairs are needed and you will be contacted with an estimate before we proceed with the repairs.
